How many should I take?

For oral use: Adults - Take 2 capsules once a day, or as professionally prescribed. Take it with food.

For topical use: Maximum of 2 capsules a day. Adults - Pierce 1 capsule with scissors and apply the contents to the concerned skin areas(s). Apply the oil directly on the skin or mix the oil with your beauty skincare regime. Do not use it on damaged or broken skin.

If you have sensitive skin, test this product on a small area of skin before applying it to a large area; if irritation develops, stop use. Avoid contact with eyes and damaged skin.
