A portion of our proceeds will go towards helping the less fortunate in Singapore. Working in partnership with Volunteer Welfare Organisations, PinkPharm will make medical consumables contributions to needy families in Singapore. Every purchase you make with PinkPharm will thus go a long way towards helping others in our society.
We source our products from international brands which have certifications and quality marks, ensuring that we deliver only the best and most reliable, to our customers.
LOCAL DELIVERIES TO SINGAPORE
We make our deliveries during weekdays:
Monday to Friday
Delivery : 9am - 5pm
Please indicate your preferred delivery schedule at checkout and we will do our best to accommodate. If delivery cannot be arranged at your preferred time, our staff will contact you to arrange for the next best alternative.
Subject to stock availability, orders made before mid-day (12pm) are usually dispatched within the next 1-3 working days. Delivery charges for order value of SGD50 and more will be waived. Otherwise, transport fee of SGD15 will apply.
If you’d like your products sooner than the standard delivery times, please indicate at checkout to request for this service. Please note that an additional transport fee of SGD30 will apply.
Additional delivery charges of SGD15 will also apply for offshore locations (Pulau Ubin) irrespective of order amount.
For deliveries to countries other than Singapore, please contact us at enquiry@pinkpharm and we will work out the best available rate and option for you!
There may be occasions when items are out of stock due to overwhelming demand for them. When that happens, we will get in touch with you and advice the next earliest available delivery date.
Goods and Services Tax - GST
All prices stated are inclusive of GST.
We accept all major credit cards such as American Express, Mastercard and Visa via Paypal - a secure and trusted online payment provider.
When you place an order online, an order confirmation e-mail will be sent to you.
Our Return Policies
Almost invariably, our products arrive in pristine condition that matches our customers’ expectations. So, in the very unlikely event your product should arrive damaged or faulty, please let us know within 48 hours and we’ll gladly send you a replacement.
If you’re returning your order for any other reason, do contact us at email@example.com to state the reason for the return and we will see how we can best accommodate. Purchases for return need to be in their original packaging and transport fee will apply.
