Almost invariably, our products arrive in pristine condition that matches our customers’ expectations. So, in the very unlikely event your product should arrive damaged or faulty, please let us know within 48 hours and we’ll gladly send you a replacement.

If you’re returning your order for any other reason, do contact us at enquiry@pinkpharm.com to state the reason for the return and we will see how we can best accommodate. Purchases for return need to be in their original packaging and transport fee will apply.
