Gaviscon Peppermint brings fast, soothing, and long lasting relief from the pain and discomfort of heartburn and acid indigestion caused by gastric reflux. It works in two ways to effectively relieve symptoms of both heartburn and indigestion 1) Neutralises excess stomach acid. 2) Forms a protective barrier over the stomach contents which helps prevent acid from coming back up into the esophagus (food pipe).
Adults and children over 12 years: 2-4 pcss after meals and at bedtime. Children under 12 years: Seek your doctor's advice. If symptoms persist, consult your doctor. Chew thoroughly before swallowing.
Do not take it if you know you are allergic to any of the ingredients as very rarely difficulty in breathing and skin rashes occur.
